The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake had decided to partially activate it's Emergency Operations Centre due to the coronavirus.
It's going to develop and coordinate a response in the event of an emergency.
It's also going to ensure the continuity of town operations.
It's staffed by the Emergency Control Group; which includes Lord Mayor Betty Disero, senior staff and the local fire department.
