You're advised to drink lots of water, limit outdoor activities, and cover as much skin as possible if you head out.
Temperatures are expected to hit 29 today, but it'll feel like 37.
According to Ontario's Air Quality Health Index, Niagara will be in the moderate risk category this afternoon.
The heat is expected to continue tomorrow, with cooler temperatures on Saturday.
