Gale running for third term after telling reporters he would leave politics in the fall.
Niagara Regional Councilor Bob Gale will be running for another term in office.
According to the City of Niagara Falls website, Gale has registered to run for a third term as Regional Councilor.
This comes after Gale told reporters in June that he would leave politics in the fall.
Gale ran for the Progressive Conservative Party in the June 2nd provincial election, but lost his bid to unseat NDP incumbent Wayne Gates.
Gale has served on Regional Council since 2014.
