O.P.P. Sgt, Kerry Schmidt released a strong of tweets with some arrest info from over the holidays.
There were 27 impaired driving and 30 dangerous/street racing charges laid across the GTA between December 16 and December 23.
Among those charged four are from the Niagara Region.
An 18-year-old from Fort Erie was charged with Impaired Driving, careless driving, G1 driver with a blood alcohol level above zero and unaccompanied by a qualified driver.
Another person from Fort Erie is facing a charge for operation while prohibited and two people from St. Catharines are both facing charges for impaired driving one of which also faces charges for driving under suspension and driving with no insurance.
