Amphibious bus tour crashed into gate at 24 Sussex this morning.
No injuries have been reported after a tour bus hit the gate outside Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's home in Ottawa.
Authorities say an amphibous bus known as the "Amphibus" crashed into the gate at 24 Sussex Drive in Ottawa just after 9:00 a.m this morning.
Ottawa police are investigating, but no charges have been laid at this time.
Etienne Cameron, a co-owner of Lady Dive Tours in Ottawa, says the company is looking into the crash, which involved one of its vehicles.
Cameron says the driver was the only person on board, and the crash occurred during a routine "morning check", when the driver takes the bus for a drive before tourists get on board.
Meanwhile, Ottawa police have charged one person after a driver rammed the gates of Parliament Hill on Wellington Street just hours before the collision on Sussex Drive.
Officials say damage to the gate was minimal, and the driver was arrested around 3:30 a.m. this morning.
Police say the incidents are not related.
