Two Niagara Falls men facing charges
Two Niagara Falls men are charged in connection with a gas station robbery in the Falls.
On Tuesday, a station in the area of Lundy's Lane and Carlton Avenue was targeted.
Investigation revealed two males had arrived at the location with one person entering the premise and allegedly assaulting the store clerk.
An undisclosed amount of cash was taken as well as consumable goods before the suspect fled to an awaiting get-away vehicle.
44 year old Thomas Ryce of Niagara Falls is charged with robbery and disguise with intent.
56 year old Kenneth Chapman of Niagara Falls is facing a robbery charged.
Both have been released from custody with future court dates.
The store clerk suffered only minor injuries.
