Ontario's daily COVID-19 case count is staying steady.
The province is reporting 678 new COVID-19 infections today, but there aren't any more deaths.
Health Minister Christine Elliott says 537 of today's new cases are in people who aren't double-dosed or whose vaccination status isn't known.
The other 141 are in fully immunized people.
There were 27,815 tests conducted.
Throughout Ontario, there are 302 patients hospitalized with the virus, as well as 165 people in ICUs due to COVID-19.
So far, just over 20.6 million vaccinations have been administered.
About 82.5 percent of Ontarians 12 and older have their first shot, and 75.5 percent have both.
