Accident claimed the life of a 52 year old Niagara Falls man
OPP are investigating a fatality that happened on Tuesday on the 406 near St. Davids Road in St. Catharines.
Police were called to the area after a vehicle travelling westbound on Highway 58 merged onto Highway 406 northbound and left the roadway entering a ditch.
The collision resulted in a rollover.
The 52 year old driver from Niagara Falls died while being transported to hospital.
A male passenger in the car sustained non-life threatening injuries.
OPP are asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash to contact them.
