31 year old Victoria Bakker of Mississauga accused of dangerous driving causing death, and dangerous driving causing bodily harm
Police have released the identity of the woman charged in connection to a deadly crash on the QEW in Lincoln last month.
The crash killed ten year old Lucas Thomas of Beamsville, and caused minor injuries to four other people.
The OPP say 31 year old Victoria Bakker of Mississauga has been charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm.
On March 30th, a grey vehicle traveling on the QEW near Tufford Road rammed into the back of an SUV, forcing it into a third vehicle.
The boy was pronounced dead in hospital.
