On the verge of a one day strike this Wednesday the union representing Ontario Secondary School Teachers has some demands.
Friday the Ontario Secondary School Teacher's Federation proposed a way to stop the strike from happening and get back to meaningful negotiations.
The proposal would see class sizes reverted back to 22, eliminate mandatory e-learning courses and ensure Bill 124 will not impeded free collective bargaining.
Education Minister Stephen Lecce wants the OSSTF to agree to mediation without any preconditions to keep students in school.
