A man is in hospital with serious injuries after a crash in St. Catharines.
Police say a car crashed into a pick-up at the intersection at Lake Street and North Service Road around noon yesterday.
The driver of the pickup wasn’t hurt and the woman driving the car had only minor injuries.
Her passenger needed to be cut out of the car by firefighters.
He was taken to hospital and then air-lifted out of town.
The 26-year-old woman driving the car has been charged with careless driving.
The car is a write-off and the damage to the pick-up is estimated at $10,000.
