Don’t expect any fireworks shows in Pelham anytime soon.
The Town’s fire department has decided to suspend the sale and use of all fireworks during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Fire Chief Bob Lymburner says they want to limit unnecessary calls to the fire department and prevent large gatherings.
This ban will remain in effect during the state of emergency, and violators could face a $250 fine.
