Pelham residents will not have to worry about interest or penalty charges for tax and water/wastewater bills.
Town Council has decided to waive the charges to help residents during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The pre-authorized payment program will continue for water and tax bills.
Local residents can also expect a phone call from Mayor Marvin Junkin.
It will be a recorded phone message and he’s encouraging everyone to stay home and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
