Two men arrested, following complaints from neighbours of suspicious activity
Two men are facing drug related charges after a police investigation in Niagara Falls.
Following up on community complaints of suspicious activity, Niagara Regional police began monitoring a house in the Arad Street and Drummond Road area late last year.
Using a search warrant yesterday, police found suspected fentanyl, dilaudid and silver brass knuckles.
60-year old Todd Petkovich of Niagara Falls is charged with trafficking, and 3 counts of failing to comply with a release order.
Aaron Overholt, 28-years old of no fixed address, is charged with trafficking, but also failing to attend court and complying with release order, as well as possession of a prohibited weapon, and robbery.
Both remain in police custody pending a bail hearing today in St. Catharines.
