They say it happened in an overnight period around the region
Niagara Regional police are looking for the man responsible for 61 reports of parked vehicles broken into around the region.
They say it happened overnight last Thursday, when 26 vehicles were damaged in St. Catharines, in Niagara Falls 21 were hit, and in Grimsby and Lincoln, the man targeted another 14 vehicles.
Police add in most of the hits, a rock was used to break a window, and in some cases a dumbbell was used.
With the help of people living in these areas, and video surveillance, police are able to say the man was wearing dark clothing and believed to be driving a dark colour 4-door car, possibly a Honda.
