Over 200 charges laid.
Hamilton police say 28 people have been arrested as part of an investigation targeting stolen vehicles.
As part of Project Grizzly, investigators seized 19 stolen vehicles in Hamilton and Niagara.
Two loaded firearms and about $1.6 million worth of drugs were also seized.
In May, Hamilton Police launched an investigation into an organized vehicle theft ring.
