UPDATE: Police have located 29-year-old Jesse Rainville in good health.
Officers have also located the silver car.

The NRP is asking for the public's help, tracking down a missing 29-year-old man in Grimsby.
Jesse Rainville was last seen in the Grimsby Road and Young Street area yesterday.
He's 6'1", weighs 240-pounds and he has short, dark brown hair with a beard.
He could also be driving a silver, four-door Mercedes S500 from the 2003 model year.
The Ontario license plate number is CBTX905.
Police are concerned for Rainville's welfare.
