Three people arrested
Three arrests have been made after a drug bust in St. Catharines.
Yesterday, officers searched a home on Rykert Street near Pelham Road, as well as a 2015 Ford Fusion known to be operated by one of the suspects.
Police seized 399.6 grams of suspected cocaine with an estimated street value around $45,000.
Detectives also found $289 in combined American and Canadian currency believed to have been acquired through crime.
Facing charges are 40 year old Romaine Delando Barnes of St. Catharines, 39 year old Sheldon Stewart of Brampton and 30 year old Chane Peris Cynthia Dixon of Thorold.
All three remain in police custody, and will attend a bail hearing later today.
