Police not releasing their names due to the Youth Criminal Justice Act
A Port Colborne family has been charged after a credit card was stolen and used.
Police were told at the end of March it was gone, and they found it had been used from the 12th to 25th, at many businesses in the Niagara region.
Police were able to look through video from businesses, and identified three suspects.
On Monday, police arrested a 58-year old man, a 45-year old woman, and their 16-year old son.
They were released from custody with future court dates.
Their names will not be released to protect the teen's identity due to the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
The man is charged with:
- Possession of property obtained by Crime
- Unauthorized use of credit card (9 Counts)
The woman is charged with:
- Unauthorized use of credit card (2 Counts)
The boy is charged with:
- Possession of property obtained by Crime
- Unauthorized use of credit card (13 Counts)
