A 28-year-old man from Port Colborne has been arrested after someone broke into a vehicle in his hometown.
Police say it happened in the Minto Street and Elm Street area on last Tuesday night.
He was charged with theft under $5,000 and failing to comply with probation on Saturday.
His bail hearing was held on Sunday.
