Substantial growth for Brock University and Niagara College as the provincial government is investing in more classroom seats.
$76-million is being spent to create 3,586 more seats between the two schools, part of an overall $1.7-billion investment to create 70,000 spaces province-wide.
The government says there will be more places in science, technology, engineering and math, as well as health, trades and education.
Minister of Colleges Nolan Quinn says this is the largest seat expansion in over a decade, the seats were available starting in the current semester.
