Members of the public will be able to stop by the Wellandport Community Centre, to learn more about an upcoming road reconstruction project.
Crews will be working on a stretch of Canborough Road (Regional Road 63) between Coffey Bridge and Baldwin Road.
They're going to reconstruct the road, install sheet pile walls and replace the existing culverts to address the slope stability along the Welland River.
The work starts next month, and it should continue through the rest of the year.
Tonight's public information centre starts at 5:00 p.m. and ends at 7:00 p.m.
Those who attend will be able to check out some of the construction drawings.
