Britton running against fellow councilor Mat Siscoe.
Niagara Regional Councilor Mike Britton is running for mayor of St. Catharines.
Britton, who is also a former city councilor for the St. George's Ward, filed his nomination papers yesterday.
Fellow regional councilor Mat Siscoe is the only other name currently on the ballot.
Nominations for the upcoming municipal election close tomorrow at 2 PM.
Voters will head to the polls on October 24th.
