Parking garages reopen as well
The city of St. Catharines says traffic will be back to normal for the most part today throughout the downtown.
After several days of road closures because of the fire that gutted the old Welland House Hotel on Ontario Street, things are opening back up.
The city says the William Street and the Ontario Street parking garage have now reopened.
The only closure remaining at this time is a portion of King Street near the site of the fire.
