Police say it happened in the King Street and Division Street area Thursday afternoon, they're asking anyone with video footage of the area to call them
An 88-year old Port Colborne man has been charged with sexual assault.
Police were called at around 4, Thursday afternoon, to the King and Division Street area, for an assault.
The next day, police arrested Biagio Crognale.
He remains in police custody, with a bail hearing scheduled for Saturday.
Police add he is known to drive a white Kia Sorrento, and ask homeowners and businesses in the area and time of the assault to review video footage and call them if you see anything that can help this investigation.
