Niagara Regional Police releases latest list of impaired driving suspects
Seven people have been charged with impaired driving after a series of R.I.D.E. checks in Niagara.
The checks took place from May 15th - 21st.
The following individuals have been charged for driving while impaired by drugs or alcohol, having a blood alcohol level over the legal limit, or refusing to provide a breath or blood sample:
- Kurt M. HAMMOND, 49yrs, London
- John D. DAWE, 30yrs, Welland
- Joseph F. TOBEY, 53yrs, Fort Erie
- Jadeanne G. COLLEE, 24yrs, Thorold
- James D. JUDD, 32yrs, St. Catharines
- Shawn D. O’FLAHERTY, 51yrs, Binbrook
- Jesse D. MITCHELL, 34yrs, Niagara Falls
According to Niagara Regional Police, each person also received a 90 day license suspension.
