New online portal launched to help residents easily pay property taxes, parking tickets and water bills
The City of St. Catharines has launched a new tool to help residents pay for property taxes, water bills and parking tickets.
"We are excited to introduce this payment portal for our residents as another step forward in our efforts to modernize and improve the way our community interacts with us," said Manager of Revenue Lisa Read. "This new portal makes paying for City services easier and more convenient than ever before."
The new portal offers residents a convenient and secure way to take care of City payments promptly.
The system has industry-standard encryption protocols to protect financial and person information .
A fee will apply for credit card transactions.
In-person cash or cheque payments can be made at Citizens First at City Hall, or cheque and money orders can be mailed to 50 Church St., PO Box
3012, St. Catharines ON, L2R 7C2.
