St. Catharines City Council is looking to make some changes to it's mandatory mask bylaw.
It has voted in favour of extending the bylaw to include common areas of hotels, motels, condos and apartment buildings.
This would cover laundry rooms, elevators and more.
The city will host a public meeting in order to gather input before any final decisions are made.
