A man has been arrested in connection to a pair of bank robberies in St. Catharines.
Police say the first incident occurred on Halloween at the TD Bank on Queen Street, and the second occurred on Tuesday at the Bank of Montreal location on King Street.
A suspect was identified yesterday and was found early this morning in the area of Richard Pierpoint Park.
Forty-year-old Kevin Penzes of St. Catharines faces two counts of robbery.
