Alleged offence took place at a massage clinic in Niagara Falls.
One person has been charged with sexual assault following an alleged incident in Niagara Falls.
Niagara police say this past June, they received a report of a sexual assault at a registered massage clinic located near Dunn Street and Drummond Road.
The reported offence took place during a scheduled massage appointment.
Earlier today, police arrested 49 year old Todd Bennett with one count of sexual assault.
He was held in custody and attended a bail hearing this morning.
Investigators believe there could be more victims, and anyone with information are urged to call the NRP Sexual Assault Unit at 905-688-4111, extension 1009363.
