Paul Vanblaricum says this is his first big lottery win
A St. Catharines man is $100,000 richer!
Paul Vanblaricum matched six out of seven Encore numbers in the November 19th Lottario draw.
The 51 year old courier says this is his first big lottery win.
"I asked my sister to scan my ticket and she said, ‘Great, you won $100!’" he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his cheque. I said, ‘This isn’t $100, it’s $100,000!’ We couldn’t believe it. I did a bit of a happy dance after verifying the ticket. I was so giddy!"
He plans to pay off some bills, buy a trailer for a trip to the Yukon, and go on a cruise.
The winning ticket was purchased at Big Bear Food Mart on Limeridge Road in Hamilton.
