You might spot Santa Claus surfing in Niagara today.
John Fulton will dress up as the big man in red and paddle surf a 15-kilometre stretch of the Niagara River.
He’ll get started at 11:00 a.m. close to the Mather Arch in Fort Erie.
Fulton has been doing this for 35 years now, always on December 23rd.
He does it to raise awareness for homelessness in the Niagara Region.
He would like members of the public to donate warm winter clothing to the cause, especially socks and long underwear.
