Police say Richard Stevens has been caught, he remains in custody pending a bail hearing tomorrow, charged with 1st degree murder.

Police making progress in the search for 2 men wanted in the murder of Daniel Savido.
They say Jacob Cudney has been captured, and charged with 1st degree murder.
He had a bail hearing yesterday.
Police are still looking for 47-year old Richard Stevens of Niagara Falls.

A warning from police to be on the lookout for two men wanted in the murder of Daniel Sanvido.
Police say Jacob Cudney and Richard Stevens, both 47-years old and both from Niagara Falls, are wanted for 1st degree murder.
Police are advising these two to get a lawyer and turn themselves in.
Police add the men are considered armed and dangerous, and for the public not to approach them if you see them, but call 911 immediately.

An arrest has been made in the murder of Daniel Sanvido.
His body was found in the area of Forkes Road and Highway 140 in Port Colborne, back in August.
Police say yesterday they arrested 36-year old Jade Hayward of St. Catharines, charged with 1st degree murder.
The suspect is in custody pending a bail hearing today.
