The union representing English Catholic Teachers will sit down with the province.
The two sides will continue bargaining after talks broke down earlier this month.
The Ontario English Catholic Teachers' Association is planning its second province-wide strike on Tuesday.
If a deal isn't reached before then, English Catholic teachers will walk off the job across Ontario.
This will close all Catholic elementary and secondary schools in Niagara.
