Former Pelham Mayor Ralph Beamer has died.
Beamer served as a councilor from 1992 to 1994, before being elected Mayor in 1995.
During his eight year term, Beamer represented the Town at Regional Council and served on numerous committees.
Town officials say a moment of silence will be observed at tonight's council meeting.
