Police say it happened in Oxford County back in April, involving a driver from Vineland and another car
A 51-year old truck driver from Vineland has been charged after a fatal collision in Oxford County.
Police were called at around 3pm, Monday, April 14th, to the scene between a truck and car at the intersection of Oxford Road 8 and 16th Line.
The driver of the car, a 22-year old from Maple, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries, but later pronounced dead.
Police say the truck driver was hospitalized with minor injuries, and has since been charged with Careless Driving Causing Death.
