Niagara Public Health is reporting 29 new COVID-19 cases in the area today.
The death toll remains at 373, and five people are battling the virus in local hospitals.
The region has 27 active outbreaks and 265 active cases.
Four cases of the variant that originated in the UK have been confirmed in Niagara, with 114 more cases being investigated for variants.
There are 58 active cases in Niagara Falls, 53 in Welland, and 50 in St. Catharines.
Throughout the province, there are 1268 new cases and nine new deaths today.
There are 366 new cases in Toronto, 220 in Peel and 147 in York Region.
