Charges have been laid in a Fort Erie drug bust. NRP officers stopped by a home in the Gilmore Road and Concession Road area yesterday afternoon.
Police say two people tried to get away in a vehicle, but they damaged two police cruisers in the process.
No one was injured and both suspects were arrested afterwards.
A 33-year-old man from Etobicoke and a 37-year-old man from Toronto have both been charged with trafficking cocaine, fentanyl, methanphetamine, hydromorphine.
The man from Etobicoke has also been charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
Officers seized several narcotics on site.
They arrested two other individuals while searching the home, but they have been released unconditionally.
