Charges have been laid following a deadly hit and run in Lincoln yesterday morning.
The NRP says 37 year old Brent Armitage of Oshawa turned himself in, following a hit and run that killed a cyclist.
Yesterday morning, police were called to North Service Road between Sann Road North and Tufford Road North.
A 51 year old man was found to be suffering from critical injuries, and died in hospital.
Police allege the driver of the vehicle that struck the man fled the scene, heading westbound on North Service Road.
Armitage is currently in custody and is slated to appear in court tomorrow.
