A 21-year old Welland man has been arrested on child pornography charges.
Back in March police began an investigation into the sexual exploitation of children, which led them to a Welland man.
Yesterday, they arrested Pearson James Almas, laying two counts of possessing child porn, and one count of unlawfully accessing it.
He remains in police custody, pending a bail hearing today.
