The Rose City is gearing up to reopen more facilities under stage three.
Starting Friday, washrooms will be available at Merritt Island, the Welland International Flatwater Centre and the stake park.
Playground equipment will reopen across the city on July 31st with scheduled cleaning measures and safety signage in place.
City Hall offices will reopen at Civic Square on August 4th and expanded services and hours will be offered through the public library branches.
The Welland Community Wellness Complex will not reopen until the end of August.
Staff are working on plans for a soft reopening.
Maple Park Pool and Memorial Park Pool are closed for the season, along with the boat rental program and park pavilions.
The several city-owned fields and courts will also stay closed for now.
