Residents voting in by-election
Ward 3 residents in Welland have started to receive their Vote-By-Mail kits.
City officials say starting Monday, residents can contact the city clerk's office to ask for help completing their vote for the Ward 3 by-election.
Staff will answer questions either by phone or email.
Anyone who requires special assistance or did not receive a kit in the mail can make an appointment to go to city hall, to vote in person, by contacting the clerk's office at 905-735-1700 ext. 2153 or emailing election@welland.ca.
