It happened last month on Thorold Stone Road in Niagara Falls
A 68-year old Niagara Falls woman has been charged after a man was hit by a vehicle on November 20th and killed.
Police were called to the scene that morning on Thorold Stone Road, near Carroll Avenue, they rushed the man to hospital, but he was pronounced dead.
Earlier today, police charged the woman driving the vehicle with one count of Careless Driving Causing Death.
She was released from custody, with a future date in provincial court.
