Police say it happened on Carl Road early Monday morning
Niagara police believe a medical issue may be behind a collision that sent a woman in her 30s to hospital in Niagara Falls.
It happened around 4, Monday morning, when officers were called to Carl Road, near Crowland Avenue.
They found an SUV in the ditch, and an unconscious woman in the driver's seat, in critical condition.
Police add she remains in hospital.
