The Niagara Health Foundation is going to buy two new defibrillators.
This is thanks to a $50,000 grant from the Niagara Community Foundation's David S. Howes Fund.
This is part of a system-wide initiative to replace the defibrillators at all hospital sites.
Code Blue teams had to use these life-saving devices while responding to more than 350 cardiac cases last year.
