River Lions Clinch Playoffs

Our local CEBL team becomes the first team to clinch playoffs.

With an impressive league leading 11-3 record the Niagara River Lions are the first to clinch playoffs.

The Canadian Elite Basketball League has been growing in popularity since 2017 when it was founded.

The league currently has 6 teams including the Edmonton Stingers, Fraser Valley Bandits, Guelph Nighthawks, Saskatchewan Rattlers, Hamilton Honey Badgers and our very own Niagara River Lions.

The top four teams will play in the championship which will be held in Saskatchewan this year.
