TD Tree Days Taking Over Fairview Cemetery

Volunteers will get their hands dirty in Fairview Cemetery this morning  for TD Tree Days.

They will be planting 450 native trees and shrubs, thanks to a $7,000 grant from the TD Friends of the Environment Foundation.

The rain or shine event runs from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and all volunteers have to register online in advance.

The YMCA of Niagara Falls will kick everything off with a few warm up exercises and a tree planting demonstration.
