Niagara Region Public Health is reporting 24 new COVID-19 cases today.
Ten patients are battling the virus within Niagara Health, and one of them is in the ICU.
There are 177 active cases, including 64 in St. Catharines, 24 in Welland and 16 in Niagara Falls.
As well, the region is reporting nine active outbreaks.
Over 750,000 vaccinations have been administered.
About 77.9 percent of eligible Ontarians have their first dose and 75.4 percent have both.
