A dip in the number of new COVID-19 cases in the region.
Niagara Region Public Health is reporting 25 new COVID-19 infections today.
The death toll remains at 434, and there are 12 people hospitalized with the virus.
Niagara Health says one of the patients is a child, and there are four ICU patients battling COVID-19.
Only one of the patients has both jabs.
There are 12 active outbreaks and 244 active cases in the region.
Officials confirm over 712,000 vaccinations administered.
To date, about 76.1 percent of local residents have at least one shot, and 71.7 percent are fully vaccinated.
