This brings the region's death toll to 373.
Five patients remain in local hospitals with the virus.
There are 240 active cases and 27 active outbreaks.
Niagara Falls has 53 active cases, followed by 48 in St. Catharines.
There are four confirmed cases of the variant that originated in the UK, with an additional 99 cases under investigation for variants.
The province is reporting 1371 new cases of COVID-19 today.
There are 371 new cases in Toronto, 225 in Peel, 111 in York Region and 109 in Hamilton.
Health officials are confirming 18 more deaths in Ontario today.
